Senior Accountant | Business Services Manager

Full-Time | Caringbah, NSW

The Opportunity

This is not a standard compliance role. We’re looking for someone commercially minded, technically strong, and confident working directly with high net worth clients.

The Role

You will take a lead role across a portfolio of high net worth individuals and privately owned groups, delivering both compliance and advisory outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and complex structures 

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships 

• Providing proactive tax and business advice, not just year-end compliance 

• Supporting the Managing Director on strategic client matters 

• Identifying opportunities for tax planning, structuring, and growth 

• Driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across engagements 

• This role will be hands-on initially, supporting clients directly while you build your own team, before transitioning to reviewing junior work and providing guidance.

About You 

• CA/CPA qualified 

• 5–8+ years’ experience in business services or public practice 

• Strong technical capability across tax and structures 

• Comfortable dealing directly with high value clients 

• Commercially minded with a natural advisory approach 

• Confident, organised, and able to take ownership

Intermediate Accountant | Business Services

Full-Time | Caringbah, NSW

We’re looking for an Intermediate Accountant (3–5 years’ experience) to join our Business Services team.

The Role
This role is ideal for someone who’s confident with the nuts and bolts of accounting, loves taking ownership of their work and brings a genuinely strong work ethic to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare draft financial statements for a broad range of clients.

• Complete income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.

• Assist with BAS, FBT and compliance reporting.

• Work closely with our Business Services Director on client files and workflow.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ public practice experience in Business Services.

• Strong technical proficiency. You can confidently draft a set of financials and complete tax returns end-to-end.

• A killer work ethic and drive to keep learning.

• CA/CPA not essential (candidates undertaking studies are welcome but not required).

• Clear, professional communication and a team-first attitude.
